Minutes of the Willo-Esque Homeowners Association Board of Directors meeting held Tuesday, March 16, 2004.  Roger Sackreiter called the meeting to order at the Willo-Esque apartment complex clubhouse at 7:00 p.m.  All board members and four area residents were present.

MINUTES – After a review of the minutes of the October 21, 2003 HOA meeting, Roger moved they be approved.  Tammy Moore seconded the motion and it passed without opposition.

OLD BUSINESS – Roger said that four area homeowners are still delinquent with their dues: 6916 El Robelai; 6908 El Standra; 6730 W. Douglas Cr.; and 228 N. Summitlawn.  These have been turned over to the attorney for collection.

Roger gave a report on the repairs that were made to the bathrooms at the pool complex and said that the matter has now been turned over to the HOA attorney.

FINANCIAL REPORT – Roger said the board is now taking bids to have solar panels installed on the roof of the pool house to warm the pool water.  They are also taking bids to have the pool building resided.  Mattie Sackreiter moved to approve the financial report as presented.  Tammy seconded the motion and it was approved without opposition.

ARCHITECHUAL COMMITTEES – Roger reported there is a new fence at 203 Vantage View; a new shed at 232 S. Ceymarie Cir.; and a new roof on the house at 108 S. Willo-Esque.

            SOCIAL COMMITTEE – Tammy said the next area social event will be the annual children’s Easter egg hunt to be held at the pool complex at noon on April 10th.

            Roger said that the area garage sale is scheduled for April 22nd – 24th this year and pointed out that this is not a HOA sanctioned event.  Anyone wanting to contribute money toward the newspaper ad for this event should contact Mattie.

            ANNUAL HOA ELECTION – Tammy announced that she does not intend to run for reelection to the position she holds on the board.  The election will be held at the May meeting.  Anyone who is interested in running for the position on the board should contact a current board member.

            COMMON GROUNDS – Roger said the sprinkler systems south of the pool complex are not working but will be repaired in the new future.

            Earl Baker reported that a street sign is missing in fourth addition.  Roger said the sign is at the maintenance building and the city has been notified so they can come get it and put it up again.

            POOL COMPLEX STATUS – Mattie said that Red Cross certified lifeguards are still needed for this year.

            NEXT MEETING – The next HOA board meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at the Willo-Esque apartment complex clubhouse.  The HOA election will be held at this meeting.

            ADJOURNMENT – The meeting adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
