FINANCIAL REPORT Roger reported that home owners association had received a check from their insurance company for just over $14,000 for damage to the pool complex during last springs hail storm and that damage has been repaired.
Roger said that a list of area
homeowners delinquent in their HOA dues has been published on the Willo-Esque
web site (http://www.willo-esque.com)
Roger moved to approve the financial report as printed. Andrea seconded the motion and it passed without opposition.
ARCHITECTURAL
CONTROL COMMITTEE
SOCIAL AND RECREATION COMMITTEE Roger announced that there will be a hot dog roast for area residents at the pool complex on October 31st.
COMMON GROUNDS STATUS Bob Orth said that the common grounds are due to be fertilized.
SPRINKLER SYSTEM STATUS Roger reported that pipe was ripped in eight zones by a subcontractor for Cox Communications while they were working in the area. He said that the repairs have been made paid for by Cox.
PLAYGROUND STATUS Roger reported that the basketball backboard in Fourth Addition has been broken again and in need of repair. He said he has been looking at a heavy duty steel backboard that is adjustable in height and has a heavy duty rim. Roger moved to repair or replace the backboards when finances allowed. The matter was then tabled until the HOA financial situation can be reviewed at the end of the year.
TENNIS COURT STATUS The board has received a bid to repair and resurface all three tennis courts. Roger moved to have the tennis courts repaired and resurfaced. Jerry seconded the motion and it passed without opposition.
SWIMMING POOL STATUS Roger reported that new pool covers are on order as the old ones were damaged in last springs hail storm.
WEB SITE STATUS Roger reported that there have been more than 1,500 visitors to the Willo-Esque web site and that most everything someone might want to know about Willo-Esque can be found on that web site.
