The architectural control committee
has been asked for their interpretation of the homeowner covenants in
Willo-Esque First Addition as they pertain to reroofing material. The committee
met twice on this matter and, after researching the matter, interpret as
follows:
Wood is the preferred roofing
material. If a composition roofmg material is desired, it must be rated a forty
year endurance or better with a strong dimensional appearance. Color must have
natural weathered look, a brown I gray blend.
Material such as clay tile, concrete and metal will be considered. A sample or
color brochure must be submitted to the architectural control committee for
their approval. The committee makes no recommendation as to any brand names.
