1. Size

2. Quality of workmanship and materials ( type of construction )

3. Harmony of exterior design with existing structures

4. Location with respect to topography ( where located on lot )

5. Finish grade elevation ( as exists or how to be altered )

6. Side yard requirements ( at least six (6) feet from lot line )
