Willo-Esque Homeowners Association is governed by a Board comprised of three (3) Board Members where one (1) Member is elected annuallt to serve a three (3) year term. The Board has President, Vice-President, and Sec/Treasurer. Willo-Esque has three (3) govening documents, Homeowners agreement, By-Laws, and Covenants. These documents are recorded with the Records Office of Sedgwick County.
