There are two people on this committee - Scott Smith and Jeremy Phillips.
A kickoff meeting was held on August 29 with Fred, Scott and Jeremy to discuss the overall scope of the project. Scott and Jeremy will begin meeting and working on the various action items and be prepared to status the board at the next board meeting. Another meeting is tentatively scheduled between Fred, Scott and Jeremy on September 26.
